Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: To check your order, you may visit the "My
Account page". After signing in, click on "check your open orders". A
list of your open orders will be displayed.
Q: What happens if my order includes a pre-order item?
A: Your entire order will be shipped when all the products in the
order become available. If you would like to receive the in-stock items
within your order immediately, we recommend that you order these items
within a separate order.
Q: What happens if my order includes a backordered item?
A: Although we attempt to keep our products in stock at all times,
there will be some rare occasions when an item on back order is still
available on the site. In those cases, the in-stock items of your
order will be shipped immediately & you will be notified via e-mail
regarding the backordered item. The backordered item will ship as soon as it
comes in or a refund will be issued if the item is not expected back in
inventory within the week.
Q: What countries does MPI Home Video ship orders?
A: MPI Home Video currently only ships orders to the United States,
Canada & US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands). We do
not accept orders from other areas. We do accept orders from military
addresses, but they must be shipped via standard mail only.
Q: I received more than one Order Confirmation email. What should I do?
A: Orders are sometimes duplicated if you click the "Place Order"
button more than once. If you receive more than one confirmation, please
contact us at
customerservice@mpimedia.com.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: U.S. orders are generally received within 2-10 business days of
shipment; Canadian orders take approximately 5-14 days after shipment.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email message when your order has
been shipped.
Q: Where can I find shipping rate information?
A: Shipping Rate information can be found at the "Shipping
Policies"
link in the bottom footer on all pages of the site.
Q: What if my order is over $200?
A: Orders over $200 may not be shipped via USPS. If you are
planning a large order through the web site, please select a different
shipping method or contact
customerservice@mpimedia.com & we can make arrangements for the most
cost-efficient shipping option.
Q: What if my order isn't received within the
estimated time frame?
A: For US orders, you have up to 30 days from the shipping date
to notify us about the missing package. Please contact us at
customerservice@mpimedia.com & we will assist you in resolving the open
order.
Payments/Returns
Q: What forms of payment does MPI Home Video accept?
A: At the current time, MPI Home Video only accepts Visa,
MasterCard & American Express.
Q: Is it safe to order over the Internet with a credit card?
A: MPI Home Video’s Web Site is a completely secure Web site with the
128-bit encryption protection. All orders are processed using Verisign
Payment Services. To learn more about some of our security procedures,
please see the "Protecting Your Information" section of our
Privacy Policy.
Q: What if I receive a product which is defective?
A: We’ll gladly replace a defective product with a new one. (Please
note: defective products will be replaced with the same product; we cannot
exchange a defective item for a different item.) Please see our

Q: What if I receive a product I no longer want?
A: You may return any unopened product for a refund (less shipping
charges) within 30 days for US orders. Please see our
Customer Service page for further information.

Q: How do I sign out?
A: Click on the "Log Out" button which is displayed at the top right
of the Account Information page.
Q: How can I change my account information?
A: You can change this information visiting the "My
Account" page.
Q: What do I do if I am having difficulty logging into my account?
A: You can use the "Request Password" function to have your account
information e-mailed to you. This information can only be e-mailed to
the e-mail address that the account was established. If you are still
having difficulty logging in after you request your password, please contact
